TikTok’s growing popularity in Bangladesh, especially among youth seeking mobile-first content, presented a key opportunity for brands. Leveraging TikTok’s innovative ad formats, bKash aimed to engage this digital audience and promote its payment solutions during Ramadan, a peak period for transactions.

OBJECTIVE

bKash aimed to increase brand visibility and engagement on TikTok, drive adoption of its payment services during Ramadan, and strengthen its positioning as a digitally advanced brand through innovative advertising.

EXECUTION

bKash launched its Ramadan campaign on TikTok using Spark Ads and collaborated with over 40 influencers to create engaging, relevant content. By leveraging Spark Ads to promote influencer posts, bKash reached a wide audience organically. Additional ad formats- Super Like, Coupon Code, and Display Car, enhanced engagement, resulting in a 3X higher click-through rate than the industry benchmark. The campaign provided an immersive experience with a combination of creative assets and innovative formats, ensuring consistent visibility during Ramadan.

RESULT

The campaign achieved significant success, generating 40 million+ views and 20 million+ reach on TikTok. It delivered maximum brand visibility during the Ramadan period and drove high engagement, with influencer-driven content contributing over 20 million views and achieving a 3X CTR compared to industry standards.
