BACKGROUND
In Bangladesh’s crowded digital landscape, Eid engagement often stays passive, with high reach but low sales conversion. Audiences are ready to act, but friction disrupts the journey. When content, credibility, and commerce align in real time, social platforms can transform from inspiration hubs into drivers of transactions and measurable impact.
OBJECTIVE
- To transform live content into a high-performance sales engine.
- To drive over 500,000 high-intent visitors to merchant websites through trackable journeys.
- To establish influencer-led live content as a primary bottom-of-funnel conversion channel.
Idea
Don’t just engage viewers. Convert them.
With the bKash Eid Live Shopping Series Season 3, we reimagined Facebook Live as a “Virtual Mall”, where influencers became shopping guides, brands became storefronts, and every view had a clear path to purchase.
EXECUTION
We partnered with top-tier lifestyle and e-commerce brands like Apex, Sara, and Gentle Park, pairing them with high-reach influencers to host professionally produced live shopping sessions.
Influencers didn’t just present, they interacted, answered questions, and guided decisions in real time, building trust and urgency.
Each product feature was embedded with a direct UTM-tracked link, creating a seamless, measurable journey from live content to checkout.
By leveraging Facebook Live’s interactive features and organic amplification from creators and brands, we turned each session into a “must-watch” shopping event, cutting through feed clutter and driving immediate action.
RESULT
The campaign transformed engagement into measurable business impact:
- Over 500,000 high-intent visits driven to partner websites
- 2.3 million views in Season 3 alone (100M+ cumulative views)
- 3X higher content consumption compared to standard digital ads
- Established Facebook Live as a direct sales channel, redefining influencer marketing from awareness to performance
From passive views to active ventures, this wasn’t just content. It was commerce in motion.
