Partex Cleen Tissue

Yearlong Content Game

BACKGROUND

In Bangladesh’s digital landscape, brands face high reach but low engagement, with rates stuck at 3–6%. The issue isn’t attention but relevance, people ignore content that doesn’t reflect their lives. True engagement happens when content connects to everyday behavior, not when it simply demands interaction.

OBJECTIVE

To move beyond forced engagement tactics. To create content that audiences naturally relate to and interact with.To significantly improve engagement rate beyond industry benchmarks.

Idea

Don’t push people to engage, give them something they already recognize. For Partex Cleen Tissue, we shifted from campaign-driven communication to micro storytelling-  small, familiar, everyday moments where the product naturally exists, without being forced into attention.

EXECUTION

We built a content approach rooted in everyday relatability.Instead of traditional promotional messaging, we focused on micro-stories drawn from real life. Sometimes showing tissue in natural daily use cases. Sometimes asking audiences how they personally use it. And sometimes simply telling relatable everyday stories where tissue exists as a subtle, natural part of life.No exaggeration. No hard sell. No forced hooks.Just consistent, grounded storytelling, repeated across posts over time.By maintaining this rhythm, we shifted the content from being “brand-led” to “life-led,” allowing audiences to see themselves in every narrative.

RESULT

Over six months, the content organically scaled to millions of people across Bangladesh.
  • Achieved 25% average engagement rate (vs. 3–6% industry benchmark)
  • Delivered 316% higher engagement than category standard
  • Consistently improved interaction without reliance on paid amplification or giveaways
Beyond numbers, the key shift was behavioral, people didn’t avoid the content anymore because it finally felt relevant to their everyday lives.
